The VIO was established to educate the public about contemporary Venezuela. The country is on the cutting edge of some of the most dramatic and important issues of our time.

We seek to present an accurate view of the current political scene in Venezuela for the American public and build allies for the Venezuelan people.

The VIO receives funding from the government of Venezuela. More information is available from the FARA office of the Department of Justice in Washington DC.
